VuHaus Corp. (“VuHaus,” “we,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who visit the NPR Music Live Sessions website, hosted and managed by VuHaus at https://livesessions.npr.org (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to explain how we collect, use, and share information provided by and collected from users of the Service. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

NPR Music Live Sessions is a music video distribution platform hosted and managed by VuHaus, and supported by National Public Radio, Inc. (“NPR”), that allows Users to browse and stream music content (including live streams, music performance videos and interviews) from participating public radio stations. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service and does not govern NPR.org or the websites, applications, newsletters, platforms or other services of NPR or its Member stations.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide Us

If you contact us directly, we may receive information about you. For example, when you email us, we will receive your email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically From Your Use of the Service

When you use our Service, we may collect information from you through automated means, such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. By using the Service, you consent to the placement of cookies, beacons, and similar technologies in your browser and on emails in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Subject to the choices you have to control certain collection and uses of information as described in this Privacy Policy, we also may share, in accordance with applicable law, aggregated or other information we collect that does not directly identify you or the devices you use to access the Services with NPR and the public radio stations that provide content for the Service so that we and they can work to improve the Service, provide you with content, understand trends and content performance, and understand general audience characteristics such as age and location.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We may display third-party content on the Service. Third-party content may use cookies, web beacons, or other mechanisms for obtaining data in connection with your viewing of and/or interacting with the third-party content on the Service. From time to time, we send marketing e-mail messages to our users. USE OF SERVICE BY MINORS

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information online from children under the age of 13. If VuHaus becomes aware that any person submitting information to the Service is under the age of 13, we will promptly take steps to delete the information. INTERNATIONAL CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER

Our Service is hosted in the United States, is intended for visitors located within the United States, and is not directed at users outside of the United States.
