Why Bonnie

Why Bonnie is a bedroom pop band native to Austin, TX. The band consists of Blair Howerton on guitar and vocals, Kendall Powell on keys, Sam Houdek on guitar, Mitch Lamon on drums, and Chance Williams on bass. Bonnie, however, is the name of their friend’s cat. “In your bedroom is when you’re alone with your thoughts, and so bedroom pop, I think to me, is just not really performing for anyone else but yourself,” Howerton said. That being said, Howerton’s sincerity comes across in her performance, as her commanding vocals guide listeners through fuzzy daydreams.
