Striking Music

Seattle’s Striking Music is a hybrid percussion performance ensemble dedicated to exploring the counterpoint between light and sound. Each performance employs a bespoke lighting system, handbuilt and painstakingly programmed. Their work draws from percussion tradition, while also taking cues from contemporary theatre and DIY shows.
